2018高雄下酒菜料理競賽系列活動，遠征世界知名德國啤酒節舉辦城市慕尼黑，探索歐洲下酒美食，高雄港都獨有特色料理VS德國道地美食盛宴，串連高雄在地行銷與慕尼黑下酒料理觀光美食交流。

六年前，第一屆高雄下酒菜料理競賽，建立高雄下酒菜料理競賽的品牌知名度，更以此作為城市行銷的依據，奠定高雄成為啤酒美食之都的基礎，帶動高雄的美食觀光提升經濟效益。三年前高雄下酒菜料理競賽品牌首度跨海邀賽，陸續前往香港、沖繩、馬來西亞等地，除了美食交流之外更吸引國際對高雄的高度關注，打開高雄美食知名度！

2018年，高雄下酒菜海外行銷美食特搜隊選擇啤酒節的發源地：德國慕尼黑，進行下酒菜料理交流，最終邀請一家慕尼黑在地店家原汁原味進駐2018高雄啤酒音樂節大會食堂，高雄在地下酒菜與德國道地美食大車拼，一起推動打造高雄最驕傲的年度啤酒盛會。

兩年前高雄下酒菜料理競賽品牌首度跨海邀賽，以亞洲主要城市為據點，選定香港做為跨海邀賽的第一站，總計10間香港餐廳參與邀請賽，吸引香港高雄兩地民眾高度關注，美食交流打開雙邊美食知名度！

2018年全台最夯啤酒盛會「高雄啤酒節」感恩邁入第十個年頭，累積超過十萬名粉絲熱情相挺，宣告將強化成為「高雄啤酒音樂節」，迎來最強流行巨星，展現最精彩的十年經典！每年創造萬人以上的入場人次，是全台夏日最大的戶外活動之一，匯集知名啤酒品牌全台辣妹帥哥總動員、十萬熱情十年有你，引爆酒菜鬥鬧熱，酒菜雄涮嘴! 每年夏天最歡樂的三天，7/6-8感受高雄啤酒音樂節的熱情活力。

This year’s Kaohsiung Snack Food Contest, we travelled to Munich in Germany, which is well known for its Beer Festival, to search for delicious beer food. By having a contest of special food from Kaohsiung and authentic German food, we helped to enhance connection and communication between Kaohsiung and Munich.

Six years ago, we had our first Snack Food Contest, and established a well-known brand in Kaohsiung. Being one of the symbolic events in Kaohsiung, it helped Kaohsiung to be well known for its beer festival, and also attracted more tourists to come and visit, bringing economic benefits to Kaohsiung. Three years ago, our foodie search team started to explore overseas, going to Hong Kong, Okinawa and Malaysia, which drew international attention and raised Kaohsiung’s popularity.

In 2018, our foodie search team headed off to Munich to try out delicious food in Munich. We eventually invited one local restaurant to come to 2018 Kaohsiung Beer Festival to compete with other delicious food in Kaohsiung. Altogether creating a marvelous beer festival!

Kaohsiung Beer Festival, the most popular beer festival in Taiwan is really grateful for entering its 10th year. Without more than 100 thousand fans supporting us, the evolution to Kaohsiung Music Beer Festival would not have happened. We will invite the top pop-stars to celebrate the most exciting event of the year! As the largest summer festival in Taiwan, we attract more than a hundred thousand of people coming, along with worldwide famous beers and hot guys and girls. We are thankful that you are a part of our ten years and enjoying our Snack Food Contest. It will be the most enthusiastic 3 days of the year, 7/6-8 will be the days full of energy.
