2017高雄下酒菜料理競賽系列活動,下酒菜料理無國界,南向政策串連高雄在地行銷與馬來西亞下酒料理觀光美食交流。

同樣擁有最適合暢飲冰涼啤酒的南國氣候,同樣擁有多元驚豔的美食佳餚。從香味濃郁的馬來佳餚、到香氣逼人的中式美食及辛辣的印度料理,透過高雄下酒菜料理競賽,讓馬來西亞的下酒美食在高雄啤酒節大會食堂原汁原味呈現。

五年前第一屆高雄下酒菜料理競賽,建立高雄下酒菜料理競賽的品牌知名度,更以此作為城市行銷的依據,奠定高雄成為啤酒美食之都的基礎,帶動高雄的美食觀光提升經濟效益。

兩年前高雄下酒菜料理競賽品牌首度跨海邀賽,以亞洲主要城市為據點,選定香港做為跨海邀賽的第一站,總計10間香港餐廳參與邀請賽,吸引香港高雄兩地民眾高度關注,美食交流打開雙邊美食知名度!

去年高雄啤酒節料理競賽,與沖繩觀光會議局合作,透過FOOD FLEA市集嚴選推薦最適合的沖繩居酒屋進駐高雄啤酒節大會食堂,由主辦單位、專業評審團、藝人郭書瑤親赴沖繩進行評選試吃,並由美食節目主持人曾子余一同拍攝網路節目。藉由高雄與沖繩的兩地交流,利用下酒菜料理鏈接城市與城市之間的情感,創造城市行銷新典範。

2017年第九屆高雄啤酒節,每年創造萬人以上的入場人次,是高雄夏日最大的戶外活動之一,匯集十大知名啤酒品牌全台辣妹帥哥總動員、萬人星空電音派對壓軸引爆高雄下酒菜、大馬下酒菜,讓您飲吼SONG,呷促咪每年夏天最歡樂的三天,感受高雄啤酒節的熱情活力。

A series of activities in the 2017 Finger Food Cooking Contest in Kaohsiung will present no-boarder finger food. The policy toward the south of Taiwan is to connect local marketing in Kaohsiung and finger food tourism industry exchanging in Malaysia.

Like Malaysia, we also have the best tropical climate for ice cold beer and numerous gourmet foods. From rich-flavored Malaysia gourmet to fragrant Chinese cuisine and spicy India delicacy, finger food from Malaysia will be presented its own original flavor during the 9th Beer Paradise in Kaohsiung.

The first Finger Food Cooking Contest took place five years ago in Kaohsiung which has built up the brand popularity of Finger Food Cooking Contest. Based on city marketing, Kaohsiung has become a representative city of beer and cuisine. Furthermore, it has driven the food tourism and elevated the economy benefits of Kaohsiung.

Two years ago, for the first time, we invited competitive finger-food restaurants in Hong Kong to our Finger Food Cooking Contest. Based on main Asia cities, Hong Kong was chosen as the first city for invitation. Ten Hong Kong restaurants had joined the contest, which had become highly popular in Hong Kong as well as in Kaohsiung. The finger food exchanging has successfully increased the popularity of cuisine on both sides!

Last year, Kaohsiung Cooking Contest of Beer Paradise and Okinawa Convention & Visitors Bureau invited the most recommended izakaya in Okinawa through FOODFLEA to Kaohsiung Beer Paradise. The organizer, jury of the contest and Yao Yao, the performing artist of Taiwan, went to Okinawa to try these izakaya themselves and filmed an on-line show with Tseng Tzu-Yu, the host of a food program. Through the exchange between Kaohsiung and Okinawa, Finger food cooking connects two cities and has created a new model of city marketing.

Over 10000 people joining this paradise every year, the 9th Beer Paradise of 2017 in Kaohsiung has become one of the biggest outdoor activities in Kaohsiung. Gathering ten famous beer brands, also hunks and hotties will come from every city in Taiwan.

Tens of thousands of people are coming for the starry electric music party which will be the final show and furthermore, finger food from Kaohsiung and Malaysia are going to shock people’s tongue.
